Gerard is a Defence specialist who has been the driver of large-scale transformation and business improvement projects.
As a member of the ADF, Gerard has spent most of his career with an operations focus. This has honed his leadership, teaming, and project management skills by working in highly complex, demanding and ambiguous environments; while pursuing the desired outcomes.
Gerard’s current focus is business improvement through cultural change and project management to develop people, process and business systems.

Kerry Kingham

Kerry is an experienced Senior Leader and Consultant with over 20 years of experience developing and leading teams.
As a university lecturer and business leader Kerry has experience at the strategic and operational level, in leadership, change and project management.
Kerry is a self-confessed leadership geek and is currently focussed on executive leadership and change coaching, to facilitate complex change in large organisations.

Nik Leahy
Consultant

Nik is a passionate and driven individual who strives to support the delivery of business requirements with a high degree of expertise.
Nik has extensive experience in business analysis, process mapping and project delivery and, has a high level of written communication across a variety of mediums, including operational planning, risk assessment, and research reports.
Nik is currently focussed on Business Analysis activities that require a high-level of complex problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Nik currently resides in Brisbane, QLD.
Kai Eliason

Kai is a skilled ICT leader and consultant, with deep experience in rapid prototyping and critical innovation.
Kai has extensive experience in Defence and Mining communications, where he has assisted in the operationalisation and integration of technology projects into the business.
Most recently, Kai has been working as a Superintendant in the mining industry. Kai is currently focussed on technology innovation in the agriculture industry.
